My Approval notice tells me to carry the below documents for stamping. Passport Passport size photographs The approval notice Arrival/Departure record I94 Can anyone tell me what the Arrival /Departure record is? I was under the impression it is I94. But I94 is also mentioned in the notice.

Its like this. I am a consultant and keep changing projects at different locations. Right now i am in SEA. My Permanant address is still CT.

No I did not report the change of address to VSC. Would it be an issue to get a stamping elsewhere other than the address on file.
