Trust me, its not going fast. After the FP the actual 485 approval is taking forever. There are many who've been fingerprinted for 6 months now. I don't get it. But then who gets it with regard to INS.

congrats your case gives me hope, my ND/RD for 485 is very close to yours but PD is behind. Also have MA labor, not that it matters probably.

Well, I think we are only kidding.......at least I am. I'm sure they have their reasons for doing what they are doing. They have a lot of work to do and I'm sure they are smarter than some think they are.

:) ...either that or they just don't like the fact that they couldn't make more lives miserable by retrogressing their category and hence don't like the EB2s.

The pace of 485 approvals is not as brisk as 140 right now...I wonder if they are really taking the 485 backlog seriously at all.

Question on renewal Hey folks, I have a question regarding EAD/AP renewal. How early is an application for renewal of EAD/AP sent before expiration? Mine is valid up to 5/05 but my attorney is sending it now...is it too early???? Thanks.

California I don't understand the CA center situation either. How come they are so far ahead of all others!!?? Vermont is stuck in June2003 with I485 apps. Others are even worse. I have been waiting for my I485 eagerly...but to no avail so far. I guess its my PD which is hurting me...5/2002.

Today They are processing upto March 2004 right now, might not get to April very soon. I guess we won't see any approvals today, is it a holiday at the VSC?

Congrats jlittle! Thats pretty fast! I don't understand how there is inconsistency between so many cases which seem to be similar. I wonder what's the criteria for approval of 485s after 140 and after fingerprinting is done. And, jpanchal, 5/15/04 is very close to my exact date of EAD/AP...
