My online message did not change at FP1 - It is still says FP1 is received on Nov. 7th, 2002...... and there are a lot of members here have their message changed within a week of FP2, so I am confused.
I have completed my 2nd FP in 5/7/04 as scheduled and the online message still remains the same - Is it strange? should I do something?

Here is the deal:
I am currently pocess a US Visa which state 'Entries: M" and it stated that the visa is valid through Apr. 2004.
I used that visa to enter US this time and if I travel outside of US now and return at the end of Jan. 2004 with the same visa, is there any problem?
My...
Well, as stated before, he is back in US now. The question is: he need to show ID and proof of needs of SSN when requesting a replacement card. Will that be a problem? We are just trying to get as much information before we go to the SSA office, so we will be prepared.
Thanks,
The deal here is: One of my friend got his SSN card several month ago and stored in somewhere that he can not find now - He does not even remember the number.
The question is: Is there a way to retrieve the SSN and get a new card ordered?
Thanks,

Re: ME TOO WAS SHOCKED !!!
While everyone sees that the message says I-485 will be approved in 30 to 90 days. So, I checked my case status online and still got the same old message: "The result of your finger print has been received..... we will mail you a notice if further action is needed...
Re: prem..
Hi, buddy. Those people are here trying to help and should be appreciated even though they made a mistake reading your question. Don't give them an attitude if they missed anything. Just explain it again or just ignore the answer.
First of all, accept the job. Then, you can work your way to make them change your job description - I doubt you will get an RFE really soon, so just take the time. The most important thing is keep your job.
Re: Come to Texas, Verizon is hiring

Although it is unlikely that other documents is needed, I would bring all the paper work that related to the GC process when going for stamping. There will be a very short interview (Per one of my friends who got his GC a few month before), but it will normally take no more than 10 min...
That is right. VSC is actually doing TSC cases. seveal of my friends who filed I-140 or I485 were transfered to VSC and generally, it takes about 7-8 month for I-140 and have not heard of any transfered 485 approved yet.
Thanks for the good information guys, especially to JimKelly for the good explaination.
From the observation I had from this site (Not too much, yet). It seems that the case with the same date does not get approved in a reasonable time frame (within a month). Do you guys know the reason -...
Where did you get all those information? Is there a site that we can look at?
Also, does the 3 digit# follows EAC-02- tells you the sequence of filing? Anything else?
Thanks,
