The way INS is handling 485 cases it seems they will soon retrogess the dates atleast for EB3 for around 2 yrs. That way they can ease up the load and handle other cases. This is my prediction and not another way to spread rumors. Serious replies please.....this is not another Mr Habib.....ha ha ha

Depends....read inside If you filed I485 on your own then you must get it...but if you filed thru lawyer and also filed form G28 with your I485 application then lawyer will get it. I am not sure who will get in case if you filed thru lawyer and did not file form G28.

Reason inside...pl read The reason is most Aug RDs have Oct NDs. This means their case number are EAC-02-xxx-xxxxx. This also means EAC-02 numbers are year 2002 cases. My guess is VSC is trying to clean up all EAC-01 cases before switching to EAC-02 cases. Hope I cleared myself

Arree bangalori baba..... When I485 is approved INS sends coutsey copy to benefeciary and original approval to the lawyer. So the big question is why did your friend did not recieve coursey copy. Was he in Bangalore in your Ashram?
