Is AC 140 Procedure Changed? What if we go for AC140 for guys qualified for Mumbai Consulate? Is that Procedure Changed by any chance?

Eliminating the NVC Process Exactly, thats what i want to do too. Eliminating to wait for NVC to send Packet3 to consulate which might take 6-7 months. Doing AC140 might eliminate that extra months going through NVC. But still dont know if Mumbai Consulate is still accepting AC140 or not?

You should be ok I have not heard of anything abt specific salaray reduction than LC. But if you have the letter from employer then during interview u should be ok. Has anyone received any inquiries when applied for CP because of this. I know i had some friends though CP with similar issue but...
