As we all know, EB-1 OR in VSC has been stuck in Feb. 4th for quite a while. The processing date for EB-1OR at VSC just changed to April 4th 2005. Did any one get approval for EB-1 OR recently at VSC?

I also filed my EB-OR on July 29th, FP 8/30, LUD for I485 to 8/31/05, then LUD changes for all EAD and AP to approval today. So I guess VSC is getting faster on EB-OR.

another question, how about the AP and EAD? I assume AP and EAD better file only one.

I am little confused with your post, Sorry nato! Are you saying that the 2nd 485 has more benifit than the risks if you are filing in the employment based OR category? However, for NIW and EB-1 ea, it is better not filing two 485s.
