Dear all, here are few of my details: EB2; I-485/I-140 filled: Sep 29,2005; Received notice from USCIS: Oct 18,2005; FP done: 11/17/2005; I-140 approval notice: 12/07/2005; i-485 status shows that fingerprinting review were received and further processing is resumed (11/29/2005)..could anyone tell whats going on!..and how much time would it takes for it to get approved.
Also, should i apply for EAD and AP during this time?

You are going good without any hassles.
Your I-140 is approved....I-485 is under proscessing
Yes you are eligible to apply for AP and EAD anytime.
Follow processing time of your service time and VISA bulletin for your case status. If you are from retrogrssed country wait is little longer...... if not .....you have good chance of getting it in a year or two.
 
That is weird. I alway thought that the FP notice won't be updated in the USCIS status. Which center are you in? We did our FP in August, and no 485 status change or LUD change until the I140 is approved. Even then, I did not see any status change in the 485's LUD other than receiving the application.

I believe its just chance ...some get updated some don't !!!
