My case is denied and the NSC had sent the denial letter to my lawyer on Dec. 09, 2005. I asked my lawyer several times to fax or email the letter to me but they said they did not receive the letter. Is it taken almost 20 days to receive the letter? I do not think so. The key issue here is that I did not pay the balance due on Dec. 02, 2005. What should I do?
