I had to change my daughter\'s name on the passport as her initial passport was missing her last name. Indian consulate issued her a new passport today. Obviously passport number etc. are different. I am very keen to know the effect of this on 485 processing. Do I need to notify INS for this...

My lawyer did not attach any paystubs even though I requested ihm to do so, and he is running a very big law firm. So I dont think there is anything to worry. His argument was that since GC is for future employement , they dont have to show current employement.

mahewaal I dont know about VA but in NJ FP Notice there are 2 options for rescheduling. 1.Next Available Wednesday Afternoon OR 2.Next Available Saturday Afternoon I know it will not help you but u might get some idea. Best of luck!!
