How soon would someone receive the Advanced Parole.

How soon would I receive my advanced parole. I got the receipt number for March 24 and it said it would take between 30-60 days for approval. Has anyone receive an approval less than the 30-60 days or longer. With my AP on hand, can I travel without the EAD card.
 
AP comes promptly..

Although it depends on the service center. You don\'t need EAD to travel.

Everybody got approved and also VSC is processing 03/25/02 per their latest Processing Time Update. Please suggest what should I do? What could be the possible reasons for the delay? Any help will be appreciated.
