Ghee, I've applied for my 2nd EAD/AP on 29thSeptember. I presume in the current pace - it gets approved in about 45-60 days, unless there is a RFE. However, as always ....you never know how it works with BCIS. -MrCoolz

What exactly is the process in BCIS for 'name check' in 485 process. I saw few posts by norfesept01, etc about having their names checked so on and so forth. If one of you can explain what exactly that means that would be great. -MrCoolz

junk12345, No! I was contemplating change - but since I wasnt sure that even the change would provide some stability - I thought I'd rather stay put in my current job and be on it as long as it goes. So right now I am taking one day at a time. Hope this answers your question. -MrCoolz
