I made my employer insist that lawyer fax several copies of approved I-140.
And guess what, it does not look any different than my courtesy copy!!
All wordings are absolutely the same, except that on mine it says it is a courtesy copy, and the original approval had been sent to a lawyer...

I am EB3 ROW - PD of 11/11/2005.
Is it reasonable to expect that EB3 ROW may move to my date date this summer?
I am trying to decide should I go for medicals and start gathering my docs for I-485 (if it opens up for me)...
What do you guys think?

have done all you are saying. Still I did not find any relevant info anywhere about applicants who happen to have more than 10 yrs of relevant work exp. I would hate to loose those initial 2+ yrs of qulifying exp from '96 to '99 .

So, how did you approach them?
Did you first go for interviews and got a job offer and then brought H1 issue up or ....?
