I am shipping my EB AOS packet tomorrow, using old version and old fees and sending to Texas, since per new FAQ we can do that.
Anyways, I am freaking out as how to properly fill the cheques.
Yesterday they had instructions with fees payable to U.S. Department of Homeland Security. So I wrote cheques like they said.
Imagine my headache when they changed back to Department of Homeland Security. Do I need to redo the cheques?
Also, what do I need to put in memo section?
I dont have A# although my I-140 was approved last year.
Help please....anyone?
