Hi everyone...thanks in advance for your time in replying to this:
I have a very good chance to be sponsored for a H1-B cap exempted position
-research-lecturer/university- and I wonder if I'd have to wait until Oct. 1st 2007 to start working, or because the H1-B visa would not be subject to the cap, does it mean that if I get through the whole application process before the end of May, I'd be able to start working as early as the school year begins (Aug 2007)? Once again, thanks for your opinion and addt views on this -I'm sure I'm not the only one wondering!-

You can apply your H1 at any time and start your job at any time after h1 approval.
