Thanks My lawyer said there was a big backlog in hartford but I am not seeing alot of transfers there all I can see is a few and they have been waiting 14 months already and yes I guess we live in the worst area ....

well that makes 2 of us but what we can make out from this web site on processing times is that hartford is now processing 485 receipt date of nov 3rd 03 which means they are pretty much upto date but many are waiting 14 -17 months so we are unsure of time frames:confused:
