Hartford office current processing time

Just checked BCIS web site for I485 current processing time of Hartford local office. It shows Hartford office is processing RD/ND of 03 Nov, 2003. Is that true. Because I have seen some people waiting since 14 months.
 
I have been asking this question since I first saw it but nobody knows anything I was transferred there on oct 31 03 and my lawyer as told me there is a big backlog but from what I can see there are very few transfers to Hartford.... it says if you do not here anything within 30 days of this date you have to contaact them well I will be coming up for 30 days should I call???
 
I would rather visit the office instead of calling them. As you know calling them is no use. They may not even pick up the call. Pls post details if you visit them.
