I was there today . and they gave me DL for only 1 year . They always look on i 94 . I told them my I94 doesnt say 1 yr . DMV officer explained me that by "VA Laws" they must issue refugees only for 1 yr. i replied i am not refugee :o I had DL from Washington ,DC it was issued for 4 yrs .it...

in my case i have LUD changed but not a message . i think it is just a change of adress . i am sure they will not approve it . they will send me notice of action about of change of adress had your lud and on line message changed at the same time ?

i called up uscis about my change of address 2 days ago . she told me i must always call even though i notified them by form a11 . i noticed my case status LUD was changed today but message left the same. i asked her when are they going to approve me? she told me that they are proccessing 2003...

why would you recommend to come in sept1 ?. when entry visa expires in 10 october? i think even if she will enter on 9th october it will be fine.3 month max given for single entry B2 visa as far as i know. Immigration officers stamp will be decision whether she should stay 90 days or 180 days.
