i know it is just my final conclusion after i dealt with congressman ,senator ,Infopass, and USCISs crazy 1800 line and my lawyers inquiries. i understood that if they clear your FBI namecheck you will get your GC
this is a perfect answer for your question ;) i mean it is a medicine for a paranoia :)
dont listen to anyone who tells you that "you are not asylee anymore " "you are permanent resident" just act at your own risk
FINNALLY it will open some brickheaded people eyes that they got GC through asylum .

i recommend u to go with a lawyer . we dont know your case . there are some cases where u dont need a lawyer . . u can mess up your case so badly that u will be sorry for not taking lawyer for an interview. and and it wont be easy to prove your case in court .
if you are russian citizen get info at Ukrainian embassy about visa procedures or contact any travel agency which can help u out with getting visa etc.
if yes just get a visa on your Reentry permit or IF YOU HAVE VALID NP .
i dont think russian citizens need visa for MInsk .If i were u i would check with embassy .If yes just get a visa on your reentry permit . and and you can just pass the russian border patrol with your National passort.
your question has a deep meaning
i live 1 block from ukrainian embassy . :)
if you are ukrainian u can get visa to russia . and and just pass the border with your ukrainian passport. ;) it can be risky if they will identify you as an asylee (betrayal of country etc. u know what i mean)...
