Tiger, If you have done your FP recently this is the msg you see. Our case displays the simillar msg after our FP.All you have to do is wait for the approval notice..

mine was scheduled on 8/5 at 10:30AM but no one checked the time there..... they work 8 to 5 i think..

2nd fp this could be due to the glitch in the uscis system.. or could be genuine..for some reason the first FP results may not be acceptable by them..one of friends wife had issues with FP.. she did not have prints, clear enough, on hand which USCIS expects ( wierd case ).. her approval got...

Spouse completed FP on 8/30/2004..LUD changed from 11/25/2003 to 9/3/2004. The msg remains the same

Mine was scheduled on 08/05 /2004 and my spouse received notice maybe 8/20+/2004 and was scheduled on 8/31. So your wife will be getting her notice soon.

Hi Tiger3260, i wish i could answer your question... :o i am not sure how long it is going to take for the 485 approval after FP.. somewhere in this forum seen that some one did FP 4 times.. but let us hope for the best and be optimistic..... :cool:

i think it is quite normal to do the FP at different times for the applicant and the dependents.. it may not be at the same day for both.... i did my FP on aug 5th and my spouse received the notice now and it is scheduled for 8/31..checked with couple of friends they said they got it like that...

RD - 11/24/2003 FP - 08/05/2003 - LUD changed 5 times after 8/13. Spouse Recived FP notice & scheduled on 08/31/2003 AD - ??/??/???? :rolleyes:

After my FP (which was on Aug 5th), the LUDs changed on 8/13/2004 (Msg changed to "FP results were received and the process has been resumed..") from 11/24/2003 and again changed from 8/13 to 8/16 to 8/17 to 8/18. Nothing there after. :rolleyes:

yea i've the # to call but I guess I am little lazy to do it....and I am not sure it gets approved after Name check is cleared...

haven't checked if the name check has been cleared yet.. but the online msg says that they received the FP results and the process has been resumed... think I should check it..
