"I Got Mail" I-485 RD 1/31/2003 (EAC-03-111-52*)

Both(self and Wife's) I-485s got Approved on July 30,2004. Got e-mail from USCIS.

Case Summary:

0. EB-3 , NJ/INDIA
1. All I-140,AP,EAD, I-485 allications filed with VSC on 1/31/2003. This is a Labor Substitution case.
2. All start with EAC-03-111-52*
3. 1st EADs and APs got approved on 3/18/2003.
4. 1st FP done 5/21/2003
5. I-140 approved in Sept 2003
6. 2nd EADs,APs applied for renewal in Dec 2003
7. 2nd EADs,APs Approved in March 2004(just in time)
8. Address changed in March and informed USCIS and filled AR-11(some time in March 2004)
9. LUD(LAst Update date) changed for both on 7/23/2004
10. Got e-Mail about I-485s Approval on 7/30/2004.

No RFEs, no 2nd Fp(since 1st FPs are NOT expired yet based on 15 month validity which will expire on 8/20/2004).
All the dates in this post are verified 3 times by me.

I will post my complete "GC saga" some time this week.

I wish all the forum Guys Best of luck with their cases and Mr.Rajiv Khanna.

Should we believe Presidential slogans " Help IS on the way...." ?

I feel excited reading your details as my/wifes LUD was 7/23/04 and dates are close to you , its like almost same details except my EAC03121

Pray for our approval too my friend.

BCIS has issued a hand written slip(at that time , i believe , there was a problem in printing notices at vermont). Then My lawyer received "Receipt notice " with Notice date as April 13,2003. But my RD is Jan 31, 2003 with EAC-03-111-52*. Nothing has triggered my approval. Just happend.

chandranj: We have exact same RD and ND and you are luck to get approved. Do enjoy your freedom and have a longer vocation. Thanks for sharing your info. IC
 
PP stamped at Newark on 8/18/2004

Guys,

As I posted earlier, I-485s approved on 7/30/2004.
11. Approval Notices(courtesy copy) received on 8/7/2004.
12. Originals received from lawyer on 8/12/2004
14. Went to Newark on Wednesday(8/18/2004) and got stamped(both self and wife)

I have NOT taken Infopass appointment.


Docs Asked:
a. I-485 Approval Notices
b. 2 frontal photos (according to new photo specs)
c. all EADs
d. All APs
e. All i-94s
