FP2 notice recvd for self, not for wife, options?

+Can I take her alongwith me the day I go for my fp2 @ Boston ASC? ANy similar experiences?

+Can i call somewhere to get a FP2 notice for her?

Mine was scheduled on 08/05 /2004 and my spouse received notice maybe 8/20+/2004 and was scheduled on 8/31. So your wife will be getting her notice soon.
