Using AP and immigration check was normal and everthing was smooth.

I was not sure exact date as I was not here in USA and my friend used to pick up mails but I had received approval/welcom notices some time between Nov 15th-19 and cards also recevied on Nov 21st.

I did write a letter to FL back in April 26,07 but response from FBI.. Any body in the same boat? what could be the reason for dealy? Any thoughts guys..

I did receive the same exact same response on 7/23, after that I called TSC and spoke to IO but same answer NC still pending. So i think the letter has no importance.

When I called on this Monday (7/23),IO told that my NC is still pending but VISA# is assigned, i dont know assignining VISA # makes makes any difference with out NC clearance?
