don't worry heard from somewhere else, INS only care about your status since last time your enter US. you may want to consult a lawyer. good luck.

Hi Gurus, On the I-485 interview notice, it says: 'Bring your Federal Income Tax returns and W-2's, ..., for the past 3 years', but I can't find my 2003 Income Tax returns (does this mean the whole package of the tax return forms?), I do have W-2, is that a big deal? Thanks. Wei
