In my opinion its risky for EB-2 as for Eb-2 mostly at I-140 stage they are either looking for 4year degree OR 3 (bs)+ 3(ms) degrees. Always there is BUT you never know.

If I am not wrong you can apply for one more 1yr extension now as you can apply it before 6 months of H1 expiry.

Yes just photo ID, but I assume that once you have photo ID then you donot need additional documents to write the DL exam (Passport + Sate ID) two photo identifications. I am not sure may be i am wrong. Cheers Venu
