My PERM is ready to be filed? Do you see any issues with this for PERM.....

Below are for EB-2

If you have MS form US then you are fine.
If your have BS (aka. 4yrs single source degree) then you are fine
If you have MS (3 yrs + 3yrs) 25% risk clearing I-140 from NSC
If you have BS (3yrs + 2yrs or 3yrs + PGD) 99% risk clearing I-140 from NSC.

Contact the right attorney before you apply for labor. If not at least take a 2nd opinion from a good attorney who understands.

I am from Eastern Europe. I have MS ( 5+1). My question is: it's ok M+0 or Bachelor+5? I heard that Bachelor +5 is M+3years exp.......
