Hi folks, My sister-in-law is in U.S. with B2 visa and found employer to sponsor for working visa. If she gets working visa approved and later on applies for GC, will USCIS allow previous change of status and approves GC or will this be regarded as "visa fraud"? Thanks.

Thanks abhi485 I once saw a case which read the case status receipt message and later on changed to "our last written decision on this case has been sent on. . ." which of course means a denial, and without RFE messages in between those status change. I guess maybe they have not updated the...

Any information on cases that got denied without receiving RFEs? Or does BCIS first issue RFEs before denying a case? My case is still pending without RFEs and just curious if there has been instances of such cases. Thanks for your inputs.

Rajeev Kumar Thanks for the reply. I was worried about my kids not finishing school if we get approved soon, but with the processing delays and the six month visa validity, I guess we'll be ok.

RAJESHTL I scanned 500 cases yesterday and didn't get blocked. Today, I did 300 and got blocked. It took exactly 24 hours before they allow you again.

Hi sivaa Further to c514468 info, you can use the scripts using these steps, Download the 140.xls sheet and open with your Excel program. Click Yes to enable macros. Press alt-F8 and choose I-140(default) and run. Just be careful not to scan to many cases as you would be blocked by BCIS...
