    RFE not received

    Tricky situation I know some people had to wait up to 2 months after they sent response to RFE for VSC to acknowledge that the applicant had responded to the RFE. I would wait no more than 3 - 4 weeks

    Don\'t pay much attention to that date - read message details Dear Friend, I believe that the updated AVM message always says that it will take an additional 540 days to process this case after RFE is received. Typically, I have seen approvals within 2 - 4 weeks after receipt of RFE reply...

    It is supposed to take 14 days - see message details It can take up to 14 days for lawyer to receive the RFE. If your lawyer does not receive it in 14 days, call VSC back. Mailing of the RFE may be delayed due to recent mailroom shutdown and related problems. Realize that you have 12 weeks...
