I believe that the updated AVM message always says that it will take an additional 540 days to process this case after RFE is received. Typically, I have seen approvals within 2 - 4 weeks after receipt of RFE reply.
Of course, since 9/11 this year, approval of RFE cases has slowed down somewhat. I was one of the lucky ones who\'s case was approved exactly one month after RFE response. However, I know many others continue to suffer. Don\'t lose hope, and I wish you best luck!
