RFE is regarding the birth certificate. I had send the one from the Indian consulate with I-485. I don\'t have a birth certificate. I have the affidavits from my parents/relative, however getting the non-availability is a big issue. Without getting into details, the name of the state of my birth has a different name now. Yes, I am from India. Has anyone experienced this problem!!! Can anyone advise.
