I just passed the interview with an approval. I spent 890+ days outside of us in past five years. some are back to back trips with 4 months plus long. The kind officer did spent a week to verify all the trips, and gave a final approval today. good luck.

How do explain "The LPR should apply for this benefit before leaving the U.S."? Does this mean I have to wait until I get the recipt or I can leave as long as I was in US when filing it? If I come back every 2 month or so and stay in US for a few days, do I still need the reentry permission...

My 485 is approved in June 25, but I have not receive the approval letter. DO I need it for PP stamping? How long it takes to get the letter. Looks like TSC just do not want to release me. :-)

After a long trip from overseas, the first thing I did is to call TSC once I came back.(My third AP is pending since Jan). And still hear nothing yet, but both my AP and 485 case got a new Last Update Date today. Hope something will happen soon!

My 3rd AP is still pending with earlier January RD, called 1800 and an inquiry was sent out. Can really do nothing about it but waiting.
