AP Renewal Question.

Hi.
My Wife AP is going to expire in Jan'2005. Please any one let me know what is the best time to send for renewal. We applied 485 in May 2002, Still waiting for FP.

Send it now, they are approving very fast. I got it in 45days. If they started delaying it takes more time like 8 months as previous.

IF you have valid passport stampping visa you don't have to worry. When ever you want it you can file cool.

It really depends on the luck. I am still wating for my AP with RD of Jan,2004.
