EB3 current Ok so based on my status as listed in this thread, i just noticed that my old company A approved EB3 labor + I-140 is current...so can i apply for i-485 with the supporting documentations of company name change ? OR DO I HAVE TO START FROM SCRATCH :(

Hi HOPE_GC_SOON, I am in the excatly same situation except that my I-140 is not approved yet. i read in some other thread that an ammendent notice needs to be sent as the TAX-ID would have changed for the new company. Let me know if you found out more from your lawyer. Thanks Ravi
