Hi Mr Khanna.My spouse presently lives and works in the US and has his GC.His application for canada PR has been approved and expires on Oct 10 2008.We are confused that by accepting canadian PR, will his US Gr card be in jeopardy?he will continue to live and work in the US.has also applied for us citizenship last mnth( 5 yr GC term completed). don't want US citizenship to be in jeopardy. please advise. only taking canada PR as a backup since I am a canadian citizen.

FIled I-130 and I-485 oct 29/07,went for interview feb/08 and have not heard anything from immigration.is this normal for uscis.When i did infopass was told that case is under supervisory review,what does this mean. thanks.

I have a question on F-1 OPT extension. I am currently on OPT expiring Jan 2009. I applied for H1B in Apr.2008 and got approval starting Oct.1.2008 with new I-94 attached to it. Can I still apply for OPT (STEM) extension of 17 months without using H1B? Could you please address this issue in your blog ?
