Can i find out the dates of the oath ceremony in san jose. I may have to travel in may, and want to make sure that I am in town for the oath ceremony, in case I am scheduled for may.

I mailed my N400 application on March 1 and the checks were encashed on March 11, but I still haven't recieved any acknowledgemnt letter from the USCIS. How long does this normally take?

Can anyone recommend immigration photograher in bay area? Prefereably North bay like san mateo, foster city.

I am moving from foster city to Sunnyvale in Bay area california. Is that a change of distict? Do I have to wait 3 months before filing N-400? What is a distirct in INS terminology? My address in foster city was in San Mateo county falling in the jurisdiction of San Francisco office...

The INS website does not clearly state who to make out the checks to. Do I have to make a check pf $260 to the INS and $50 to BCIS Someone please confirm.

The N400 forms asks for address where you live and a mailing address. Will switching apartents after filing N400 delay my application? The mailing address will not change, only the apartment where I live. I am planning to give the mailing adddress of my brother's home, who lives in the same city.

I am eligible to file N-400 next month. Can someone please post the approx processing times.
