Same with me too. I have 3 years bachelors in computers from India and I have encluded the evaluation done in 2000. Probably I will get RFE too. I am very much worried as my H1 is expiring in nov. Please let me know what evaluation agency are you using to evaluate your degree. All the best.

Srignram, Thanks for your response, I applied Labor through PERM and my labor filing date is Jan 2006, in my case I guess my PD is Jan2006 right ? So is it OK if I just submit W2's and IRS statement for last year ? I have 5 years of experience in US. Thanks.
