Pls help, got RFE

I got RFE, asking for evaluation of degree.

I have a 4 year Bachelor's degree (computer engineering) from India, but I was admitted in feb 1991 and completed study in july 1994.So that make 3 years 5 months.And they want new evaluation to proof that i have educational equivalent of bachelor of science in computer engineering from a regionally accredited college or university in the united states.

Is there anyone having same problem :confused:

Education Evaluation ?

Yes I have included education evaluation at the time of submitting 140 appln .
that evaluation was done on year 1999

Same with me too. I have 3 years bachelors in computers from India and I have encluded the evaluation done in 2000. Probably I will get RFE too. I am very much worried as my H1 is expiring in nov. Please let me know what evaluation agency are you using to evaluate your degree.
