lawyer submitted 485 application when priority date is not current???? did lawyer informed you before submission?? ..it's your/lawyer responsibility .........some how USCIS corrected their mistake now and denied... we always need to be carefull when it comes to immigration matters....you...

what is your pd? you applied 485 3 years before means ..you are lucky one and able to apply but lot's of people struck in backlog and now they got chance for apply and approval...... My Opinion: it doen't make any sense to approve 485 based on RD....strictly based on PD only ( bec some people...

i also see LUD in my portfolio....LUD on my first case on 9/30 ( 2001 - H1B)

they wait until JUN-2008 and then they realize.....oh..........we are wastings lots's of visa numbers.......after that...they make all dates current.....then they approves some cases with PD 2007 or 2008 ..........and then once again Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr:eek::eek::eek:

I hope USCIS approvals strictly based on PD from October onwards:confused:...........

Idon't think LUD on previous approved applications mean some thing......i see LUD's on approved 140, h1's etc........:cool:

You are 100% correct....i never bothered about my green card until recently...but when we saw approvals after our own PD then....what the hell is going on????...did any one take responsibility of this whole mess up......No NOOOOOOOOOOO.............nothing against approved...
