Friends,
I just want to let you know that I got the production ordered message today. I was not expecting the approval sooner since I have been stuck with Namecheck since Sep 16th 2005. It was a total surprise for me....

Spouse case is still pending......

Receipt Number: EAC052445XXXX

Application Type: I485, APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS

Current Status: Card production ordered.

On October 1, 2007, we ordered production of your new card. Please allow 30 days for your card to be mailed to you. If we need something from you we will contact you. If you move before you receive the card, call customer service. You can also receive automatic e-mail updates as we process your case. Just follow the link below to register.

congratulations to you man....
is your PD 06/30/2005? Are you from ROW....If not, double congratulations as your PD is not current and you still got your GC....then I will believe in magics and not USCIS. ;-)

Let me congratulate first!!

I am guessing you r from retrogressed country. If yes.. this will give us hopes of approvals even though there is a cut of date..

Please let us know.

It is hard to predict the move of USCIS. I don't know how they interpret the law. Any way this will have hope for the many who missed flight of FY 2007.

Congratulations!. My priority dates are similar to yours. I also had a LUD on 06/28 and 06/30. But no update since then. How did you come to know that your Name Check is cleared? When I called up today, they said "Name check pending".

This is totally ridiculous....Hopeless USCIS idiots....

Wake up my friend... if you have seen June - Sep 2007 approvals, you would have got heart attack and say more down downs..............

Probably this might have approved in september, and now they have ordered card production.
Mylm put PD to others giveing hope that they may approve 485 which are assigned ot officer or already cleared, whatever it is, it is nice to see approvals than nothing!
