Check with your attorney, if they have received your FP notices. A copy of FP notice is also sent to them. If not, get the receipt number from the back side of your I-485 check which got cleared. Then take the number and with your passport and ID, along with your spouce and try to get your FP...

For all possible reasons this news could just be a rumor. IMHO, All July filers should stick to their original plan of filing.

Narsimha/Chayya/others I am in the same situation too. 140 at TSC and 485 etc sent to NSC on 6/7/2007. Looking at the pattern in this forum, I guess NSC is still working on applications received on Jun 1st and June 4th. I guess it might take few days/weeks before we hear something.

Narasimha, Same is my case too. 140 approved in TSC and 485 package sent to NSC. Infact, 485 form also says NSC. I guess it should be OK. I will not bother asking attorney for a change/reapply.

Another question. Is it mandatory to have DS-156 be printed back to back?
