That`s right! I received a letter from FBI stating that my NC was done in APR03. Just now, in MAY07, USCIS Vermont touched my case and approved it.

We got a e-mail approval in the same day of approval. That date came stamped in the plastic GC, also. We mailed you a decision -this is very disturbing.

Thanxs. About the RFE, my ex-lawyer got the letter and I got the e-mail [24MAY]. Imediatelly, over the phone, I requested and they forwarded to me. But, they sand only the copies. Was an easy one, EVL, I-94, drivers license, medical records, bank statements... I sand all docs, myself, via USPS...
