Six years + 3 months in limbo. The game is over for me and my wife.
We are the winners! ;) :p

who changed the category? USCIS or yourself?

Why is it changed to EB2 from EB1? Who changed it? Is it USCIS or yourself?
When is it changed? Is it during the final adjudication?
 
Congrats jhawilla. Enjoy the freedom....No need for u to check the status anymore...BTW, was ur case transferred to TSC / NSC from VSC....or just VSC approved it.

You had an RFE for medical records. Was there a fresh medical that you needed to do or did they ask you copy of the one you did the first time?
I am asking because i habve not maintained any records of my Medicals :eek:

They jjust asked medical even though I have already submitted. So I sent a copy of my previous medical records that I got it from the doctor. You may ask your doctor to fax you the copy and those can be sent to VSC.

I asked them to do so as I self petioned in EB2, while EB1 was my employer. I wanted to be independent so that I was not tied with my employer

I had NO RFE for medicals.
