In most cases adjustment of status application is filled by lawyer who doesn't live and work in or near Local INS office (District office). If someone gets interview his/her case is transffered to local INS office. SO how does An attorney accompany their client ? if some one works on east coast...

MY wife is travelling on AP, till now she is on H4 (no visa stamp). she is not working so we didn't get EAD for her. If she travels with AP approval notice and I-485 reciept , is that sufficient ? WHat other documents she needs in order to enter by using AP.
