Returning on advance parole and use of EAD

I just returned after visiting home using advance parole and MY AOS is pending. I am using EAD to work and have filled I-9 form with my employer.

Is there anything employer have to do ? I mean do they have to notify INS that I have stopped working on H1 ?

Once you have filed a new I-9 with EAD evidence you are done!
