I am not sure if this information is helpful here. But, I got my 485 approved recently. I had two approved 140s (EB1-EA and OR) and my 485 was filed with EB1-OR. Interestingly my 485 was approved under E16 (which is EB1-EA). I never asked USCIS for interfiling.
I think it all depends on how the attorney understands your case. I agree that some attorneys would be better than others.
I would second mogambo1, that you are in a better position to comment about your acheivements and if you have some time to spend on learning the process it would help...
After they receive the supporting material there will be no message changes on the website. only LUD.
For PP, you can send the I-907 along with your supporting material itself.
You need to include the receipt generated as first page of your material and send it to the address listed on the receipt. You don't have to wait for the I-797.
If you click on Services&Benefits of USCIS.GOV, there is a link "How Do I Use the Premium Processing Service?" This page shows who is eligible for filing I-907. Hope this helps.
I don't get it either. When I was filling I had the same issues, then I quickly realized that while filling USCIS forms you can't leave anything blank. Instead use N/A or NONE as appropriate. That works.
GOOD LUCK.
New to this forum. Just a quick question to expert members.
Given a choice between EB1-OR and EB1-EA peptitions, whcih petition would be a better candidate for Premium Processing upgrade at TSC?
