We are still waiting for my husband's approval. My case was approved at 1/24/2005. And my attorney said he will at least wait for half year to request for the case. I guess I will call the USCIS myself.

Yes! I did give my alien#, I-140 and I-485# and date of ND besides my address, phone number. My labor was applied in Oct, 2001 and was approved around July, 2003, which was also mentioned in the email.

I just called the FBI name check office and the lady told me they need another month to finish replying October's emails. It's interesting to know how many emails they got just for one month and how long it takes to reply those emails.
