Do you apply for renew? if so, you need to mail a copy of your original EAD approval notic and the EAD card you have (front/back). If you apply first time, you need to mail the original I-140 approval (keep copy for your file). Good luck! (don't forget to pay the fee $340).

I'm not sure about TX, but in CA, if your daughter included in your AOS then she is considerd "In-State" student. (She was under 21 when you apply for I-140 & I-485).

I just came from my out US trip. No need to return I-94 at bord (No body asked me to do so) You need AP to come back, not the EAD. I used it toice in less than 60 days, with no problem at all.

Hi Bostonma786, I suggest working in your H1 extension first before upgrade I-140 to PP. Normal processing time for I-140 is about 6 months, so you will get your H1 first. This way you get away from risk of REF or deny your I-140. "Just my opinion, this is not a legal advice." Good luck.
