EB3 cut off dat movement I know this is a dumb question, but anyone have the slightest idea if EB3 cut off dates movement. There is a change in the power in the Senate and Rep, do you guys think it can benefit us? Any ideas??

How long it takes to get the emails after sending the I140 application in the premium process.

PD is Nov 1 2004,CA/EB3/RIR. My application is in DBEC and no it did not go to regional before moving to DBEC.

Labor Certified Labor approved accordingto online status CA/RIR/EB3

Labor Certified Today online status says my labor got approved, I am not sure of the correct date untill I see postal mail, My PD is Nov 2004, CA/EB3/RIR

In Process Mine was Data Review 3 months ago (when requested screen shot for 7th year extension) and now it is "IN PROCESS"

Actually I have not requested the screen shot, company attorney requested for the 7th year extension.

Data Review My screen shot shows the Data Review in Case Status field, what does it mean? I have not received the 45day letter as of now.

Does your case crossed the SWA and have the PD? Are we estimatimating the SWA cases are also getting approved along the way in DBEC? Hope this comes true (SWA cases also getting approved) , I am eagerly waiting for my turn (well its a Year PD away from the present dates)
