I just saw LUD Sunday 08/05/2007 on already approved I 140 (approved in Nov 2006)
Interesting that they are working on the weekends also,
EB3 cut off dat movement
I know this is a dumb question, but anyone have the slightest idea if EB3 cut off dates movement.
There is a change in the power in the Senate and Rep, do you guys think it can benefit us?
Any ideas??

Today online status says my labor got approved, I am not sure of the correct date untill I see postal mail,
My PD is Nov 2004, CA/EB3/RIR

45 Day letter Received on 13 June 2006 and responded on 15 June 2006.

Does your case crossed the SWA and have the PD?
Are we estimatimating the SWA cases are also getting approved along the way in DBEC?
Hope this comes true (SWA cases also getting approved) , I am eagerly waiting for my turn (well its a Year PD away from the present dates)
With the current approval rating from DBEC Jan2004 application should be approved in a month or so, but my question is if your application crossed the SWA and fall in Regional category,
Please correct me GURUS's if I am wrong,

Is there any idea or info when the DBEC start's looking in to the SWA cases (RIR or Perm)
My PD is in Nov2004 and ofcourse never made it to Regional, but it is frustating that we dont know status of our cases from BEC's?
Any inside info or any ony one knows some thing...

Can you please let us know the details of how and what's the procedure to upgrade from EB3 to EB2, when will we find out that "there is not much of queries".
