FP3: 12/22/03 (Local BCIS did not do FP3 due to earlier valid FP2)
EAD#3: 04/05/04 (RD 12/19/03)
Last Updated Date: 04/05/04 for primary and 02/19/04 for secondary
Got 3rd FP too
FP2 done on 10/3
FP3 received on Saturday 12/5
I called NSC regarding the new notice and was told to take the FP whatsoever if the notice does not say "Please disregard this notice if your fingerprinting was done in the last 90 days" or something like that. I checked my...

Although my RD is not as far back as Oct 2001, I am in the same frustrating boat.

After the last FP, I moved. Subsequently, I submitted AR-11 and updated my company's legal department who I believe notified BCIS.

I had my first FP done in Oakland, California. The one difference is I live in CA but 485 filed in VSC, so my FP interview was scheduled by BCIS at Oakland,CA.
You may have to check with the closest BCIS office and probably show proof that you now live in CA...

but you may have signed the G-28 form authorizing this attorney to represent your case. So even if you do not have a contract on the financial terms, I think he can use the G-28 against you.
