Its good that there is some movement, but I am sorry to hear that it wasnt an approval.....
Do you (or anyone else) know what transferring to Missouri entails? That is, is it the local office there? Why transfer cases not in their jurisdiction there? What cases are they processing currently? Seems like yet another black hole to me and praying we dont end up with that!

My status still continues to show that RFE response received on 28th Aug 2003 bla bla......... Though i have finished by 2nd finger printing during Jan 2004. God Knows!!! what's going on....
In the meantime i received my 3rd EAD by mail couple of days back, the application i submitted last november 28,2003. I have
few questions to clarify.
Can you tell me whether it will have any issues in my situation where my GC which was started by the Company earlier i worked for. Because i got laid off by this Company i worked for 4 years, Do you think my GC can be revoked..... by this Company.
Now i'm working as contractor with salary slightly more than what is said in I-140. No AC-21 filed.... thought it shouldn't be a problem. What is your take in this....
Can anybody share the FAX number to bcis Vermont if you know please. I already sent two enquiries as part of mail from my side. But no responce..

I did early 2nd FP on 02/24/04 (Scheduled for 04/03/04) and checked with FBI that they sent the FP results to USCIS the same day.
I haven't heard on my 3rd EAD yet - RD 11/06/03 which is very strange as I did e-file and it was suppose to take less time than normal paperwork filing.

We are almost in the same boat as you are with RD of 2/13/04 except no RFE (yet!). We also had FP2 around the same time as you and our "last update" date also shows 4/20/04.... no idea what all this means, just x-ing fingers that they actually are working on our cases and hopefully approving them soon!
Hang in there is all I say to myself everyday....and yes, its only human to check everyday although I tell myself daily that i will not check today! Its an addiction, but understandable considering the frustration! SO hang in there!
